Focus on Fatherhood

The Focus on Fatherhood project provides responsible fatherhood education services and activities that emphasize parenting skills, healthy relationships, marriage education, life skills, and employment readiness.

Women’s Health Initiative

The Women’s Health Initiative seeks to provide health outreach and education services that address health disparities and promotes living a healthy lifestyle. Current programs are the Show Me Healthy Woman and Show Me Better Health projects.

Impacting Youth Wellness

The Impacting Youth Wellness project is a childhood obesity prevention initiative designed to increase the exposure of the K-8 target population and their families to messages, education and opportunities to eat healthy and be active by involving diverse community partners offering a variety of health-related programs and activities.

Expanding Coverage Through Community Partnership

The Expanding Coverage Through Community Partnership project provides outreach, education, health literacy, and enrollment activities into the Health Insurance Marketplace for consumers residing in 17 Northeast Missouri counties.

USDA Summer Food Program

The USDA Summer Program (SFSP) helps assure that eligible populations have access to nutritious meals during the summer months when school is not in session. Eligible participants include: children 0 through 18 years of age and income-eligible adults over 18 years of age who have been determined by a state educational agency to have a disability.
